Leveawear is a US company built around a single patented technology: a passive mechanical force architecture engineered into the inside of ordinary-looking garments. We are not a reseller and we do not license the technology out — we design and build the products ourselves, which is why the range is small and why everything in it shares the same internal engineering.
Layers of material with different amounts of stretch, bonded in a fixed sequence, with calibrated stiffness gradients and shaped interfaces that redirect force into specific zones. The result is a pressure pattern that is sustained, directional, calibrated and evenly distributed — the four conditions living tissue needs in order to remodel rather than simply be held. Not at the moment — Leveawear is online only. That keeps our overheads down, which is part of how a garment with this much engineering in it stays at the price it is.
Reviews sit on each product page, and our overall rating is shown at the top of the homepage. We publish them as they come in — the good and the less good.
All major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Everything is processed securely through Shopify — we never see or store your card details.
One promotional code per order. If you have a code that will not apply at checkout, email us before you order and we will sort it out.
Get in touch as soon as you can at support@leveawear.com. Orders move to our warehouse quickly, so once one has been picked we usually cannot change it — but if it has not shipped yet, we will do what we can. If it has, you can return it under our normal returns policy.
Check your spam folder first — that is where it usually is. If it is not there, email us with the name and address you used and we will find the order and resend it.
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders and start a return later.
Yes. The whole site runs over an encrypted connection and payments are handled by Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. Card numbers never touch our systems.
Orders leave our warehouse within one day. After that, transit typically takes 3–5 days. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday start counting from the next day.
Yes. Shipping is free on every US order, with tracking, and there is no minimum to reach.

Carrier scans go quiet sometimes, particularly over weekends and holidays, and transit runs 3–5 days. If nothing has moved for five business days, email us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
Check with neighbours and around the property first, and give it 24 hours — carriers occasionally scan early. If it still has not turned up, contact us and we will take it from there.
You have 90 days from the date of purchase, and you do not have to keep it pristine to qualify. Wear it, wash it, and if it has not done what we said it would, send it back for a full refund. You will need a receipt or proof of purchase; you do not need the original packaging. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.

Yes, free of charge within 90 days, and worn and washed is fine. Tell us the size you need when you write in and we will reserve it while your return is on its way, so you are not waiting twice.
If something arrived faulty, we sent the wrong item, or you are returning it under the 90-day guarantee, we cover it. For a straightforward change of mind, return shipping is usually yours — but ask us, because we cover it more often than not.
We inspect returns on arrival and email you once yours is processed. Allow 1–2 weeks from the day it reaches us; most are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.
Email us a photo and your order number and we will replace it. Faulty items are always our cost, and this sits alongside the manufacturer's warranty rather than replacing it.
Yes — 3 years against manufacturing defects. If something fails in normal use, contact us at support@leveawear.com and we will sort it out.
Every product page has its own size guide, and there is a calculator that works your size out from two measurements. Bra sizing changes through menopause and after weight loss, so take the measurements again rather than ordering the size you have always worn. If you are between sizes, go down for firmer support and up for a softer fit — exchanges are free for 90 days.
Snug and even, with the band doing the work and the straps carrying almost nothing. You should be able to take a full deep breath without effort, and you should be able to forget you have it on. The force that does the work is roughly the pressure of a fingertip resting on skin — if anything pinches, digs in or leaves a mark, the size is wrong, not the fit.
As long as you would normally wear a bra. The response depends on the force being sustained, so consistent daily hours matter more than unusually long ones, and most women simply make it their everyday bra. There is no protocol, nothing to adjust and nothing to track.
Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle in a delicates bag, then dry flat. Skip fabric softener and the tumble dryer — heat and coatings break down the stretch recovery the internal architecture depends on. Rotating between two bras gives each one a day to recover its shape.
Yes. The Sports configuration is built for movement, and the architecture works the same way whether you are sitting at a desk or walking. Everything we make is meant to be worn through a full day, not saved for one.
